I think it is time the CDC, and others disclose what the actual breakthrough case levels actually are for for patients that are fully vaxed and then develop Covid (& yes it is great the breakthroughs may not be as severe).

No it's not unconscionable to deny an unvaccinated patient an organ transplant. If his health is so bad to NEED a transplant it's only reasonable to be fully vaccinated PRIOR to surgery with his immune system already challenged.
