so they can bring in medical staff from other nations that will work on the cheap end therefore, the hospitals will be making more $$$$$ for themselves.

It doesn't. There is no pandemic... if there was, we wouldn't even discuss firing anyone. We would be recruiting volunteers as the healthcare rank and file died. We would all know at least a handful of dead people, and many more getting sick. This is all about tests and politics.

Especially when they were ALL essential workers "before" there was a vaccine. Are they not essential anymore to this administration?

A better question: How many doctors and nurses got vaxxed because of the mandate? I'm guessing it's more than the ones who got fired and that's how it helps the situation because vaccinating people saves lives.

My question is: WHY do they not want to take the vaccine? They are the professionals, yet, they are declining it. Could it be they have concerns about possible side effects that may happen long term?

It doesn’t but since the unvaccinated want get vaccinated, you see the consequences of inaction.

You’re absolutely right about that representative Jordan no but if those doctors and nurses would step up and get vaccinated and help cut down on the infections they wouldn’t be getting fired a lot of people their livelihoods depend on their jobs and they don’t want the vaccine

Answer: It doesn’t help Covid 19 at all to fire doctors and nurses because help has never been the aim. Why have medical professionals and Pharma withheld ivermectin as early treatment which saves lives? Pfizer developing its own ivermectin treatment — MONEY is the reason.

Wow, it was fine and dandy that the doctors& nurses were risking their lives in 2020 without the vaccine to help save others. The vaccine doesn’t stop the spread. it is supposed to lessen the effects of covid if you get it.if you survive the short & long term side effects

Especially when they are being replaced by National Guard members who aren't required to be vaccinated. SMH
