If you want the vaccine, get the vaccine. But if you don’t want the vaccine, you shouldn’t have to worry about being fired.

Yes, can you all please do something to stop this...? otherwise, my family and I will be living on welfare effective 12/21.. which I have to say, is exactly what they want to happen! If we lose our jobs, who will pay for all the debt the US has accumulated since the new Admin..?

People would go SO much easier on you if you just say “I recommend you take the vaccine, but can’t make you take it or endorse the mandates that require you to take it. Just be mindful of the people who will be affected by your decision.” That last sentence is key.

Pediatric cases of COVID-19, many severe, are on the rise in Ohio, cases that could've been avoided if people would just get the shot. Plus, Ohio is a right to work state. Employers don't need a reason to fire you, they just can.

Vaccines are part of public health & safety. Everyone’s health & safety, yours & others with which you interact. COVID is contagious & HIGHLY transmissible. It is not only about you but also those around you.
