Biden's proposal is funded with taxes on over 400K and corporations AND it provides cost-saving and tax savings measure to bring more workers to the workplace, and pull kids out of poverty, which is fabulous for middle/lower class where it's really needed.

It's not a spending plan: it is a historic investment in American families, seniors, children, climate change, infrastructure, broadband, healthcare, and more. Also: it is completely paid for simply by having the wealthy individuals and corporations pay their fair share.
