When you don't pay a living wage, don't be surprised if you can't find workers.

Jobs that pay very little can’t find workers. Like you say Jim.. inflation is high! How can people pay rent, food & gas with a low paying job? Those jobs don’t want to pay more. So guess what? They will continue to suffer.

You’re deflecting from the real problem; the minimum wage. You expect people to live on $290 a week as we pay you $3346 a week. A living wage creates loyalty, decreases turnover and training costs. The cost of not having employees is far greater than the cost of a living wage.

You’re being paid and we’ve never actually seen you do any work. What’s your point?

Mandate the vaccine at every work place and ppl will go back to work. Otherwise ppl won’t . It’s about safety not about a unemployment check.

Or maybe people are figuring out that their job sucks and doesn't pay them a living wage. We can't all be Congressmen.

I’m in middle Tennessee. Almost all the fast food places and convenience stores are trying to find workers. The Taco Bell’s are shortening hours and drive through only because of short staffing.

That is still not how unemployment works. And numerous states have rejected those federal funds, so there is not any extra pay either. Bottom line is you are just scapegoating.
