Well duh. Expected and needs to be dealt with obviously. Personally I think Joe (and I’m a big fan of his) should get tough, not bogged by being too nice about it. HAS TO BE DEALT WITH, period. If possible be warm and fuzzy, if not—do what needs to be done, however un-ideally
