Covid shattered the economy. The issue is to fight the pandemic and build back stronger. I'm sure you are fully aware of the fact that the impact of covid has created difficulty for a great number of American and they need to be taken care of. We know you care less.

The bill does have financial assistance to small businesses and States and municipalities impacted by covid 19
