"...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." "Keep and bear" Bear arms means to carry. How many states have banned open or concealed carry? The constitution has been violated so many times and out government is WAY too big.

Yeah that's literally saying the conviction portion of the impeachment process is only about removal from office and disqualification from holding further office. Just because the individual is no longer in office, doesn't mean he can't be barred from holding further positions.

Jim, its that part after the “and” you’re not fully comprehending or conflating but it’s to be expected for someone who couldn’t pass the Bar exam after law school...

What does it say about inciting an insurrection that lead to loss of life? What does it say about accepting election results and peaceful transfer of power?

Meaning as long as there isn’t enough time to impeach and hold a trial, a sitting president is constitutionally protected from accountability? I’m that’s what the founders meant, Gym.

Finally we agree on something. Words do matter. Like words that incite a mob attack on our Capitol. Thanks for clarifying your position concerning words. I suppose you'll be voting to impeach Trump for his words leading to an insurrection.
