Climate impacts everyone. Keystone pipeline goes to the Gulf of Mexico to be sold to other countries. Not ours. The US is a) made up of immigrants b) those on the EO are already living in the US.

Jim, we’ve been over this... climate effects everyone on the planet. Keystone was dependence on foreign oil, it all comes from canada and is some worst crude oil for the environment
