Gym neglects this from the article-The order, which runs through Feb. 21, says restaurants and bars will be allowed to offer indoor dining at 25% capacity with up to 100 people and must close by 10 p.m. In addition, tables must be 6 feet apart with no more than 6 people at table

I live in Kansas. We have a Democrat for Governor. Despite your contention, we have had bars and restaurants open for months and to our detriment. We have had 3,598 deaths. But hey, people got their wings and beer. #Covid19
