AG Bill Barr just undercut @realDonaldTrump on several fronts. He said there was no need for special counsels to investigate voter fraud or Hunter Biden; no “systemic or broad-based” voter fraud; no basis for seizing state voting machines; and Russia (not China) did cyber attack.
