BREAKING: Evenly divided Supreme Court backs Democrats, lets Pennsylvania ballots count if received up to three days after Election Day. Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh would have stayed PA Supreme Court decision, reinstated original Nov. 3 deadline. Roberts joins liberals.

Strike that. Reverse it. @GOP is engaging in voter suppression. If a ballot is postmarked by 8pm on Election Day, why shouldn’t that American Vote be counted?! The Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided this case according to state law! Are you anti-Federalism, Rep. Jordan?
