We need serious reforms to the FISA process so that what happened in 2016 cannot happen again in 2020. This bill makes numerous important improvements to the Democrat bill.

The only reform needed is the complete abolishment of these secret courts. They are not compatible with a free society. They certainly can't be trusted to make sound decisions or to be self-regulating.
