Over the past day, IDF troops operated in a Hamas terrorist stronghold in Jabaliya, northern Gaza. The stronghold was used for training and execution of terrorism activities. During the ground activity, the troops eliminated approx. 50 terrorists, as well as destroyed entrances to terrorist tunnels and weapons.

We are deeply concerned about the potential consequences of #Hamas jeopardizing the protection of hospitals in #Gaza for using them as command positions, staging grounds, and human shields. This is a clear breach of the laws of armed conflict and international humanitarian law. This is how @ICRC should frame their concerns. *Joint IDF and ISA announcement:* Overnight, the soldier PVT Ori Megidish was released during IDF ground operations. PVT Megidish was kidnapped by the Hamas terrorist organization on October 7th. The soldier was medically checked, is doing well, and has met with her family. The IDF and ISA will continue to do everything it takes in order to release the hostages.

Hospitals cannot be used by terrorists to hide their headquarters and weapons underneath them, and use patients and health professionals as human shields. @ICRC, @ifrc @WHO are yet to comment on the findings that Shifa Hospital, and other hospitals in Gaza, are systemically being used by Hamas to shield their terrorist activities. The International Community must condemn Hamas' use of Palestinians as human shields and the use of healthcare infrastructures to hide its terrorist arsenal. #NotAShield

We are devastated to share that the death of 23 year old German-Israeli Shani Luk was confirmed. Shani who was kidnapped from a music festival and tortured and paraded around Gaza by Hamas terrorists, experienced unfathomable horrors. Our hearts are broken 💔. May her memory be a blessing.

Last week, the @UN General Assembly adopted a resolution that doesn't mention Hamas and the atrocities it committed against Israelis. The UN CEDAW published a statement that does not mention the widespread use of rape as a weapon of war by Hamas terrorists. The UN CERD published a statement on racial discrimination that does not mention the antisemitic, genocidal ideology of Hamas, nor the frightening spike of antisemitic incidents throughout the world. UNICEF published a statement that does not mention Israeli children being held hostage by Hamas for the past three weeks. How can anyone believe the United Nations cares about Israelis or Jewish lives around the globe? 78 years after the Holocaust, the international community, and the United Nations in particular, are failing the Jewish people once more. The only difference now and then, is the existence of the State of Israel. Israel will protect its people in its fight against terrorism, and it will prevail. It will do so with or without the support of the UN and its blind institutional hatred.

Not a day passes in Geneva without people reminding @ICRC @UN of their duty to act for the release of the 229 hostages held in Gaza by Hamas terrorists. Today was no exception. We won't rest until they come back home. #BringThemHome
