Regardless of the session today, Israel will continue to facilitate humanitarian aid, to strengthen existing medical capacities, and to work with all partners to address the health needs to the Palestinian population.
Israel will continue to fight terrorism and we will defeat Hamas.
We will bring our hostages home.
We will bring baby Kfir and Ariel home.
The families of the hostages, the people of Israel, the Government of Israel, cannot accept a decision of @WHO that does not address the plight of the hostages and their medical condition. As far as the text of this decision - they do not even exist.
Dynamics of negotiations are irrelevant. The desire to reach a consensus at all costs, including by ignoring the hostage situation, is simply unacceptable.
This represents a moral failure of this body.
