As humanitarian leaders, your position is indeed clear: you prefer to allow Hamas terrorists to use the population as human shields rather than working with Israel to protect the civilians in Gaza.
That's what we call a moral failure. That's what we call shielding terrorism.
Humanitarian Chiefs will not participate in the establishment of any ”safe zone” in #Gaza that is set up without the agreement of all the parties, and unless fundamental conditions are in place to ensure safety and other needs are met.
