It is convenient to look away, isn't it @WHO? The proof that Hamas HQ is under Shifa Hospital, and that it uses health facilties as shields for their terorrist activites are widely public. If you want to protect civilians, your responsibility is to clearly condemn Hamas for endangering them and health workers. And to be very clear: Israel is at war with Hamas, the "de-facto authority" who has had effective control of the Strip since 2007. As such, the laws of armed conflict apply. No coordination is obligated, nor possible with Hamas in this case. Israel is willing to discuss any possible humanitarian assistance with @WHO and other international actors. Our only targets are Hamas terrorists.
