By failing to condemn or even recognize Hamas’ cynical and systemic use of hospitals, schools and places of worship to shield their terrorist infrastructure and weapons, the @UNOCHA is giving terrorists worldwide a free pass to use health infrastructure to carry out terrorist acts and shield themselves from the consequences.
International law isn’t something one can pick and choose from. Article 19 makes it clear: the use of hospitals to harm the enemy deprives them of their protection. #notashield

Protecting civilians and civilian objects - including hospitals, schools & places of worship - is NOT negotiable.
Humanitarians must also be able to safely deliver relief to civilians in need.
