Ari Ben-Dror from @GoodFoodInst-Israel highlighted how the foodtech industry represents an opportunity in addressing global challenges such as climate change and depleting resources. Ronit Eshel @ISRLInnovation drew a picture of the growing foodtech ecosystem in #Israel, which is the world's second in terms of investment. The strategic support of the government, in cooperation with the private sector and academia, is a key factor in the success of this industry.
