The report by @UNCoISyria is shocking! It documents how innocent civilians are tortured, including by electric shocks, burning of body parts, & being folded into car tires.

The world must continue to condemn the #HumanRights violations in #Syria. It must continue to seek to hold accountable those who have overseen some of the worst atrocities over the past decade. @UNCoISyria
