The @UN_HRC Guidelines state that COI Members must have a proven record of independence & impartiality. Clearly, this report proves that Navi Pillay fails the test! No independence, no impartiality, no fairness of treatment can be expected from this Commission of inquiry.
Legal expert Navi Pillay has a history of bias against the Jewish state and should be removed from her position as chair of the UNHRC's Commission of Inquiry against Israel Navi Pillay, charged the non-governmental group @UNWatch.
