As we started #wipoGA, I had the pleasure to meet Francis Gurry, @WIPO's outgoing DG, and praise his professionalism, excellent leadership and achievements.
I also look forward to working with DG-elect Daren Tang to further promote innovation & economic growth via the IP system.
