During today's urgent debate on racism at #HRC43, @AmbRazShechter reiterated that Israel is committed to engage its best efforts in the struggle for equality and in eliminating the scourge of #racism, as exemplified in its domestic policies.
#Racism exists everywhere. But open & democratic countries are better equipped to address it.
The international community should not shy away from examining the mechanisms that allow racism to flourish under dictatorships & ruthless tyrants. #HRC43
