Acts of anti-Semitism have only increased since October 7th. We must put an end to this phenomenon.
Horrifying to see more than 85 tombs vandalized in the Jewish section of Marcinelle's cemetery, Belgium.
Stripping away the Star of David from the graves not only desecrates these resting places but also deprives Jews of their identity, even in their death.

More than a month and a half since the terrible massacre of October 7, and the stories of the horrors continue to be revealed. More and more it becomes clear that the rape, abuse, murder and kidnapping of women were premeditated and intentionally cruel.
Women's organizations around the world continue to remain silent in the face of Hamas' crimes - and in their deafening silence, they betray all the principles on which they were founded, and thus betray women wherever they are.

Today I visited Be'eri together with the incoming British Foreign Secretary @David_Cameron who previously served as Prime Minister.

Israel expresses its indignation that during the opening session of #CERD, a so-called expert on racism actively engaged in open #Holocaust distortion.
There is no “new Holocaust” happening in the world, millions of people are not being sent to death camps; millions are not being slaughtered over mass graves by extermination squads; there is no “final solution” to exterminate an entire people.
The mere suggestion is a badge of shame on the United Nations. The Holocaust is incomparable, and any attempts to manipulate the memory of the Holocaust is an insult to the six million victims of the Shoah. The speaker would have not used such a comparison if it did not involve the Jewish State.
The so-called expert also referred to Israel as "a true terrorist State". Israel is a democratic country fighting terrorists that on 7 October, systematically massacred 1200 people simply because they were presumed to be Jewish. They butchered families, raped women and girls, they tortured and maimed their victims. Perhaps so-called “experts on racism” should comment on that and the global spike of #antisemitism worldwide.
In addition to this, a senior official of @UNHumanRights, who is responsible for dealing with antisemitism within the office, was present at the session but did not question this blatant expression of Holocaust distortion.
It has long been evident that the @UN is infected to its core with antisemitism and anti-Israel bias. Sadly, today was another reminder of this fact.
The #CERD Committee opened its 111th session in Geneva, during which it will review anti-discrimination efforts by Bolivia, Bulgaria, Germany, Morocco, South Africa & Viet Nam. Committee experts address the conflict in the Gaza Strip.

Today, @IDF teams assisted @UN in the safe evacuation of newborn babies from the Shifa Hospital in Gaza to receive medical treatment in Egypt. They used incubators provided by Israel.
