Mentioning that "Social media is largely controlled by the Jewish lobby" and that "A lot of money is being thrown into trying to discredit us", is terrible...
The international community should be outraged by Miloon Kothari’s antisemitic comments.
His racist remarks about “the Jewish Lobby” that controls the media & his questioning Israel’s right to exist as a member of the family of nations — echo the darkest days of antisemitism.
This is antisemitism.
Miloon Kothari said “We are very disheartened by the social media that is controlled largely by – whether it is the Jewish lobby or specific NGOs,”
Antisemitism has no place in today's society & should be condemned whenever it raises its ugly head.
“I would go as far as to raise the question of why Israel is even a member of the UN."
Outrageous comments by a member of the CoI targeting Israel. To the CoI and its members, the very existence of Israel is the root cause of the conflict.

Yesterday, former Israeli diplomat, politician & the first Israeli to head the @UN_CSW, Tamar Eshel, passed away.
She will be remembered for her contribution to the State of Israel, to Israeli Diplomacy & to Israeli women & women across the world. May her memory be a blessing.
This agreement is the latest development between Israel & Morocco following the re-establishment of normalized relations, in the framework of the Abraham Accords. It is testament to the strong growing relations between 🇮🇱🇲🇦, to create a more peaceful & prosperous region.

🇮🇱🇲🇦Today in Geneva, the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Morocco signed their first Memorandum of Understanding on Intellectual Property, in a move that will boost innovation and strengthen entrepreneurial relations between innovators in both countries.
We are making history!
Today marks 28 years after the horrific #AMIA terrorist attack, leaving 85 dead & 300 injured.
#Iran & its proxy #Hezbollah were responsible & must be held accountable. Impunity must end.
Iran continues to sponsor terrorism & threaten Jewish communities worldwide. #AMIA28años

2/2 As we conclude #HRC50, we are concerned about attempts to push back language recognizing rights of #women and #girls, and condemn any hateful language against any person based on their sexual orientation and gender identity.#SOGI
#HRC50 All human beings, in all their diversity, are born free and equal in dignity & rights.
Promoting & protecting human rights @UN_HRC requires progressive language that will move us forward to a better future.
That is what drives #Israel's policies. 1/2
An important step forward for #HumanRights!
#HRC50 has just approved the renewal of the #IESOGI mandate, which will help put an end to discrimination against #LGBTIQ persons.
This is a victory for everyone pursuing equal rights for all.
Delighted to learn that the @UN_HRC has just renewed the mandate of the #IESOGI; as humbled & honoured as the first day to continue serving persons, communities and peoples affected from discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
@free_equal
Today, #HRC50 adopted the resolution on the mandate on violence against #women, and for the 1st time included #girls in the mandate!
Israel is proud to support it! We will continue to do all we can to achieve equal rights for women & girls & combat gender-based violence.
#HRC50 | Draft resolution A/HRC/50/L.7 on the Mandate of Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, its causes and consequences, was ADOPTED without a vote.
#HRC50 Statement on #Afghanistan 🇦🇫
Reports of killings of #WomensRights defenders, closing of schools for girls & attacks on #women protestors are extremely alarming.
The #Taliban promised change. Instead they are enacting the same archaic rules as when previously in power.
