Israel reiterated @UN_HRC its position on Russia's attack on #Ukraine which is a serious violation of the Int'l order. Reports of SGBV are concerning. As winter has begun, the suffering of the Ukrainian people is immense. We will continue providing medical and humanitarian aid.
