It could not be clearer.
One minute summarizing the extant of the crimes committed by Hamas on October 7th.
Watch Prof. @KaddariRuth, former CEDAW vice chair:
World renown Prof. Catharine MacKinnon shared @UNgeneva her analysis of the applicability of international law to the crimes committed by Hamas terrorists on October 7. War Crimes. Crimes against Humanity. Genocide. Persecution.
Extract: "The severe deprivation of physical liberty appears also to have occurred, in connection with sexual atrocities.
Rape and other crimes of sexual violence, inhumane acts intentionally causing great suffering, seems the most prominent rubric that was documented to us this morning."

Warning: the descriptions in this video are graphic.
"Our team commander saw several female soldiers who were shot in the crotch, in intimate areas, in their vaginas. Or they were shot in their breast. There seemed to be systematic genital mutilation of a group of victims."
Harrowing testimony by Sheri Mendes, a volunteer sharing her testimony @UNGeneva, on her experience at the Shura @IDF Base, Israel, where all of the victims of the Hamas massacre have been sent.
As we mark #16DaysOfActivism, those who claim to fight against gender-based violence, must speak out in support of Israeli victims.
Hisham and Avera are two Israelis with psychosocial #disabilities.
For 8 and 9 years, respectively, they have been held captive by Hamas in Gaza.
NO information on their health conditions or their whereabouts were ever provided by Hamas. Not to the families. Not to Israel. Not to @ICRC.
Hamas has long behaved without humanity. Well before October 7, 2023. That's the simple truth so many around the world try to downplay.
#IDPWD2023
Hamas spared no-one.
On this #IDPWD2023, we remember all persons with #disabilities who were brutally murdered on October 7, or are still held captive in Gaza.

As we enter Shabbat, there are still 141 hostages held captive by Hamas in Gaza, including Hadar Goldin, Oron Shaul, Avera Mengisto, and Hisham Al-Sayed.
The four have been held incommunicado for 9 years already. We will never give up on bringing all hostages back home!
Yesterday Aisha (17) and Bilal Ziyadne (18), two Israeli Bedouins, reunited with their families after been held hostage by Hamas for 55 days.
Welcome home 💙
