I met with the brave families of Avera Mengistu, Hisham al-Sayed, Oron Shaul & Hadar Goldin. Their strength in the face of heartbreaking adversity is an inspiration. We unequivocally condemn Hamas' actions & stand with Israel in demanding the immediate return of their loved ones.

For 9 years now, Hadar Goldin, Oron Shaul, Avera Mengistu and Hisham el-Sayed have been held captive by the Hamas terrorist organization in complete violation and disregard to international law. Today, their families were in Geneva, calling for the return of their loved ones.

In a 48-hour, focused counterterrorism activity targeting heavily-armed terrorist groups in the densely-populated Jenin Camp (0.42 km²), no non-combatants were killed. Fact. When we say we make every effort to protect civilians & only target terrorists —we mean it.

Israel is gearing up for #COP28 - ‘United Nations Climate Change Conferences’ - which will take place in Dubai 🇦🇪 this coming November. I had the pleasure of speaking to more then 250 individuals from the public and private sector which attended the conference organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 🇮🇱. The participants are at the forefront of Israel’s sustainability efforts. The conference was opened by FM @elicoh1 and senior Israeli diplomats. Terrorists are using the Jenin Camp as their hideout to launch attacks against Israelis! The counter-terrorism operation targeted a number of explosives manufacturing facilities already, and hundreds of explosive devices and firearms, as well as guidebooks to produce explosives were seized. Israel will not stand idle while terrorists continue to harm civilians.

Holy places, such as the Al-Nasr Mosque, should not be used as a front for terrorism. Packed with loads of ammunition, and two underground pits containing explosive devices, this is just one example of how terrorists abuse the citizens of Jenin. We will continue operating until the terrorists of Jenin are no longer a threat on the stability of the area.

Tonight the @IDF launched an operation against Palestinian terror infrastructure in the northern West Bank city of Jenin. Over the past two years, Jenin has become a major hub of terrorism and an Iranian stronghold close to Israeli population centers. Most of the terror attacks against Israelis originated from Jenin.

Breaking: In a counter-terrorist operation on Iranian soil, the Mossad apprehended the head of a terror cell which planned on attacking Israelis in Cyprus, thwarting the attack. Senior Mossad official: "We will reach whoever foments terrorism against Jews and Israelis around the world, including on Iranian soil."
