Slovakia did not exist in 1947. 1st Slovak Republic (aka Slovak State) 1939-45 2nd Slovak Republic (aka Slovakia) 1993-

It was indeed Czechoslovakia back then, which is why we are thanking today the Czech Republic as well as the Slovak Republic
