To commemorate the miracle of the cruse of oil that lasted 8 days and kept the flame ๐ฅ of the #Menorah alive, we traditionally eat foods fried in oil, usually latkes (potato pancakes ๐ฅ) or #sufganiyot, doughnuts taken to the next level๐ฉ๐
