Today marks nine years since LT Hadar Goldin was killed in combat in Gaza and his body taken hostage by Hamas, during a ceasefire brokered by the international communitee. For nine years, the terrorist organization has held LT Goldin and First Sergeant Oron Shaul’s bodies captive. The international community must act to end this humanitarian travesty and return both boys to their families so that they can be laid to rest. This is a religious and moral duty. The international community should also act to free Israeli citizens, Avera Mengistu and Hisham al- Sayed who are also being held captive by the terrorist organization in Gaza.

Last month, Suleiman, a 12 year old Palestinian boy was injured in a car accident while riding his bike, he was then airlifted to the Hadassah Medical Center and underwent an emergency procedure. This week, Suleiman was released from the hospital. His father thanked the medical staff and said: "I will be grateful for the rest of my life for you saving my only precious son." @Hadassah
