I will never understand the logic of plant-based steaks!! Why should vegetarians crave for steaks in the first place? I've never heard non-vegetarians looking for meat-based corn/potato/veggies. Plant-based food need not be eaten like meat.

No, it's not "plant-based steak". It may be perfectly good to eat, but it's no kind of steak. (Of course, traditional steak is also plant-based....)
