#IPBES6 stakeholder day, @IPBES Chair Sir Robert Watson encourages the involvement of the private sector within the Platform. We can only be as strong if the full range of stakeholders are involved.
Private sector is responsible for an unsustainable use of biodiversity and other natural resources. IPBES should enlight this fact to the world. Certainly invite them it is not the way to start a mutual and responsible relationship.
