Fastinating point. I would guess that most people view nature from the two left hand bubbles, some in a detached way, separating humans from the rest of nature.

Against nature? Humanity as something distinct and apart from nature, which needs to be controlled, reduced, or modified to suit human needs. I think this is still the way a lot of people view the world.
