Enact an ecological amendment into the Spanish Constitution. All species have rights to clean air, water, ecological services, stable climate. Easier than granting rights one by one to each ecological entity. Evaluate a project/business by their ecological impact from the outset.

The problem is that till now businesses had much more rights than ecosystems. Hope this starts to change.
