Things not done... Generate electricity from REFUSE inside greenhouses. Big but clean. 100m tall, TREE farms. Preventing the CO2 and heat escaping. Increasing annual growth by 40 times UK? 1gw / 50 kmsq. Likely smaller. 24h / 365days RELIABLY.
