1. Those giraffes are in Nairobi national park located in Kenya. A novel concept of existance next to a city but it has its own challenges....railway cutting through the park, ever shrinking acreage due to infrastructural expansions, all is not lost yet nor should it be lost.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moun… This gorgeous mountain as I was growing up had ice AND is at 0°equator . Named aptly ...kirimara...in kikuyu language. 30 years down the road it has some ice somewhats. Maybe we drank all the water melting/could this be climate changes right before us.
