So, people who can afford to live in more affluent areas, with access to larger gardens, open green spaces and less dense housing populations are more happier than people living in poorer, heavily urbanized areas.

One important factor not mentioned in this video is that you actually have to be able to hear the birds! No matter how many birds live near you, if there's too much noise from for example traffic, you won't hear them.
