Wish they'd define wasted food. Do apple cores count? I hate waste & get anxious about the occasional portion of leftovers that doesn't get eaten in time. Also have a 'food waste' caddy, mainly for veg scraps, that gets emptied twice week... So what is measured as waste?

If we abolish the money, nobody has to starve to death anymore, because we no longer have to sell the food, we can then give it away! In the 3rd millennium we dont need money anymore!  letusbe.one/division/

Figures do seem to include inedible waste (potato peel etc) as well as actual wasted food - about 50:50 where estimated - theguardian.com/environment/…

Facts! Sadly this is true. I try to waste very little only thing going bad on me is margarine I should have put in the freezer. Other than that all leftovers are consumed as soon as possible before they spoil. If foods stay on the shelf too long also that I miss over time.
