Lovely photograph. From within my intellectual cocoon focussed on space and biophysics I had not until a few years ago fully appreciated how people over millennia have impacted geology, though I had grasped how geophysics impacts biology.

Important to mention also that it's not only human behaviour but also #populationgrowth all over the globe. How can we fight #biodiversityloss w/o addressing our numbers? Especially in industrialized countries: there is no space for nature any more. We need a system change here.
