fantastic, but how many of those specialists support an ethic that moves away from human exceptionalism? I don't think science can do this on its own.

Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities are vital voices in the evidence base for #biodiversity2020 negotiations. Major representation at #SBSTTA23 such as @ForestPeoplesP and in fact that quote you used comes straight from the @IPBES #GlobalAssessment Report - so yes.
