I hope he looks at grouse moors and how a lot of them would be better as wooded areas to be carbon sinks and stop low-land flooding.

Cost/benefit ethic is a tragic homogeneous dominion-prolonging ethic. So sorry, but the fact the Treasury is involved is deeply troubling.
