Following warnings from IPCC in 1990 about risks of climate change, we've seen >60% increase in the rate of emissions. The problem is not that we are unaware. The problem is a pol-econ system that allows pollution & depletion costs to go unaccounted. gaiabrain.blogspot.com/2007/…
