True. Although whatever or however in detail the report is, the critics will stay critics.

Of course. But it gives them an easy target. Better to make them work for their talking points.

It's certainly been a bit frustrating that the underlying report hasn't been out - but I gather that is now available (in unformatted near-final form, anyway)
