Actually what was said was: "...this is the conclusion of a report by the left-leaning think-tank the @IPPR " not @IPBES which is, by mandate, neither political nor advocacy-based. We were simply confirming the evidence.
Thank you for the clarification. I still can’t understand the need for the qualifying description for @IPPR though. Especially when many right-leaning think tanks are given a platform without any such qualifying rider
