Does the $2.4 million include the value of the donated time by the scientific and policy experts who co-authored the assessment?

It does not - and that figure is exponentially greater . The unstinting generosity of our experts (and their institutions) over three years is, by far, the greatest investment and resource in any IPBES assessment.
