Despite being covered in algae and having cataracts, this elderly Common Snapping Turtle filmed by diver Nicholas A. Breaux in Texas' San Marcos River was far from shy and skittish (usual traits for its species). 🐢 Snapping turtles can live up to 40 years or more.
