I don't need Steam to keep telling me there's a sale on every time I switch on my Steam Deck...already spent too much and we're on day 3 of 2024

If you play a game for 10 minutes and decide you don't like it does that count as cleared?

I will not buy a game on Steam unless it’s at least 50% off. After getting 4 games this Winter Sale I have upped that to 65%. I have about 20 in my Steam Backlog (I know rookie numbers). Why would I buy something not a massive sale when I have so many to get to?
