I HATED Ocarina when it came out and I detest the visual aesthetic of the N64 in general. That being said, I decided to play it again last week and I’ll admit that while still the ugliest Zelda game of all time, it’s better than I recall. I still can’t imagine wanting to play it more than once through though. Link to the Past will always be the best.
