There’s another Players episode here: Guy is on the practice squad for the team but is always high, probably the best on the practice squad. Guy on the main squad gets carpal tunnel, can’t play in the finals for the weekend. They call up buddy from the practice squad to replace him but he isn’t high for the first 2 matches & sucks. Hey call a timeout, he gets blitzed, then proceeds to hard carry to win the series 3-2. That show really does write itself, shame it was cancelled
